Our finances are in ruins at the moment due to stupid ass Bank of America. They are holding a check because of my overdraw history. Sounds like punishment to me and I’m NOT a little kid. Don’t treat me like one. I will be having to god damned checks bounce and I have racked up 7 overdraw charges since they won’t release the money. Needless to say I am PISSED. Its not like I have loads of money to throw around. So when the damned check does clear, I will fulfill my obligations (outstanding checks) then its a big fucking ADIOS to BOfA

YUCK! We use BOA too. Once they overdrafted my husband a total of 172.00 for 25 CENTS. If you put aside your er… rightful anger & cry on the phone, they’ll probably take the charges off. I know. I know. But it bats losing out on YOUR hard earned $$$$$ I hope it works out for you.

i AM taking some of the blame… i can be totally irresponsible with money. But still, I HATE being kept from my money!
