With work, and moving we are so busy. I know, I know… we aren’t the only ones in existence to go through this shit.
So let me give you a brief run down as to what has happened this week so far.
Current landlord told future landlord we have been late on rent. WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE. So don’t get all bitchy on me. But becasue of that future landlord jacked up future deposit.
Current landlord got all pissy that we didn’t give 30 day notice and is keeping our deposit. Ok I was totally ignorant to that 30 day notice thing.
So i had to borrow money from my saint of a brother. He knows I ‘m good for it.
We have been getting calls for the cats so that s a good thing. But no one has picked one up yet.
We are still looking for boxes. *UPDATE* found two grocery stores to give us some.
current landlord might by washer and dryer.
We located a car trailer to tow our Thunderbird we are in the middle of working on.

Yes it is true, we are moving. We are renting a three bedroom currently. We have been here for 2 and a half years. We got a place in Stockton about 30 minutes from where we currently are. It is a two bedroom and cheaper rent. It is an apartment in an old victorian house. There are two other apartments in the house. We have the whole top floor. It has all hard wood flooring with tile in the bathroom and kitchen, new cupboards, new appliances, high ceilings and a burgundy accent wall! I just LOVE it!
I will be posting all week about our progress. Today we have pretty much segregated what we need to keep out to live through out the week. More soon!
Well I have decided that my kid be a guest writer on my blog. She is frustrated no one goes to her blog. I don’t like letting her surf around other blogs, because we all know the things she can run in to. She is at school at the moment, but after school I think we will have her first post… stay tuned.
The other day we watched the Crucible with Wynona Rider and Daniel Day Lewis. This movie was about the Salem Witch trials as portrayed in the Arthur Miller play. It was a horrible movie as far as the story. It was compelling and beautifully acted. The story was so awful how those girls all conspired against the whole town and Saintly souls such as Rebbeca Nurse!
It makes me sick that the Judge believed all these little girls! Oh and what about Abigal! That was the gastly wench Wynona Rider played. She was a horrible person. John Proctor (Daniel Day Lewis) wasn’t such a shining white soul giving the fact he gave in to Abigail when his wife was sick. And there was Abigails motive. He wouldn’t leave his wife and regretted being with her and stupid Abigail wanted revenge. And how that harlot got it :/
It was a good movie. I would give it an 8 out of 10 x;)
What constitutes as a perfect mother? or even a good mother? Signing your kid up for too many extra curricular activities? Driving an SUV? No make-up? wearing “mom” clothes?
Ack… i am SO NOT YOUR TYPICAL MOTHER! I am a mother, yes, by every meaning of the word. But I am not stereo typical.
This of course isn’t a regular mommy blog. Its really a life blog. I am a mother and proud of it and proud to be the mother of my daughter. She is turning out to be a lovely young lady who has morals, spunk and street smarts. I don’t really deserve to be her mother. ANY OF YOU would love to be the mother of this child. If she wasn’t my kid I know I would want to be.
Her are some reasons I am not a good mother:
I cuss like a truck driver
I have loads of tattoos
I am a recovering alcoholic (who wishes she had a beer right now)
I yell too much
I still cut up my clothes and I love zipper and saftey pins
I use plastic
I don’t go anywhere unless I have make up on
I am impatient (I think I just diagnosed myself with ADD)
I love loud music
I live by the rule *DO AS I SAY AND NOT AS I DO*
Now for the reasons I am a good mother:
There is a bed time, and that would be 9pm
My daughter doesn’t go out of this house unless her hair is brushed
I don’t lie to my child, she knows EVERYTHING that goes on with me (and a little of what goes on with other people)
I talk to my child WOW WHAT A FUCKING CONCEPT! I explain sex, drugs and even rock and roll
I tell her to keep away from boys and to stay in school (I don’t want to be a grandmother at the age of 38)
I encourage good role models and tell her everything wrong with the bad ones and why it is stupid to be like that
I am teaching her all the gray areas of life and not to jump to accept the black and white
So some might not think I am a good mother, and some might look through the facade. Either way I really don’t give a shit.
I am a horrible organizer. My things, my schedule…everything. I gutted my office yesterday, but have filing to do and a bunch of other stuff. Now I am writing this blog post about organization. Weare also organizing our finances. I did the budget again today and we will be late on rent again.
It all is working out. I have filed away the majority of my files in file boxes and my plastic file boxes are now for current files. I have all my internet books lined up with bookends right here on my desk. I still do have a pile of stuff to file. I am plugin’ through it all though.
Good news though. I will start marketing for the company I work for. Much needed experience, plus more money for me! This will start the first week of September.
