I love all of Johnny Depp’s Movies. I think two of his best roles were in Fear and loathing in Las Vegas and Once Upon A time In Mexico.

In Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas Johnny Depp portrays Hunter S. Thompson’s character Raoul Duke. This part was classic. Johnny Realy hit the nail on the head. I was always so impressed on how he got into the roll and became Raoul Duke/Hunter S. Thompson. He really did the author and Character justice. This movie is entertaining to say the least. My favorite line of the movie, as well as my favorite Hunter S. Thompson quote would be “You can turn your back on a person, but never turn your back on a drug. Especially when Its waving a razor sharp hunting knife in your eye.” This movie is when I finally was sold on Johnny Depp. I then realized he was so much more and not just a pretty face.

In Once Upon a Time in Mexico finds Johnny as a cunning and creepy CIA agent. He gets into some messed up predicaments in this movie and is even betrayed by his girlfriend. Anyway this role was great. I think he pulled it off beautifully and it illustrated the wide range of roles he is able to perform. My favorite line from this movie would be “Are you a Mexican or a Mexican’t?” I love it.

I don’t know if I could ever pick my favorite from these two roles. I have a hard time choosing any favorite Johnny Depp role. My indecision will now only worsen.

I am EAGERLY anticipating the Sweeney Todd Demon Barber of Fleet Street Premier. I can;t WAIT for this movie to come out! Have you seen and heard Johnny sing? He is MAGNIFICENT. I remember wanting toys that I seen during commercial breaks of my favorite cartoons. One of the earliest obsessions of mine was the Cabbage Patch Kid doll. Anyway we all know about the “i want that toy” during the commercial break. I mean our kids do it now. I didn’t get a cabbage patch kid until I was about 11, but the “wanting started when I was like 6 or 7. Oh yes I was so deprived (that was sarcastic if you didn’t pick up on the tone).

Well even though I am resisting the traditional Thanksgiving this year I have been thinking about what I am thankful for. I decided to post it as a thursday 13.

Thirteen Things Saint Amy Jane is thankful for… I am thankful for not being arrested this year. I have one time before and there is no way I could be a career criminal. Plus I look awful in orange. I never had to go to rehab. Chicks these days are weak man. I still have my daughter and she has never been taken away from me. My family. My black Impala. My stupid cats. and the stupid dog. and the bunny (shes not stupid). Well, I have my thumb up my ass. I am screwing around on here when I should be doing something to prepare for tomorrow. Ahh crap… I still have work and HW to catch up on.

We aren’t having a traditional turkey dinner. I said EFF that this year. We are going to grill turkey breasts and have Indian tacos. I thought it was fitting.

And yes, I am one of those stupid bitches that has already started decorating for x-mas. And yes I just called it x-mas. I’m feeling it and that should not be tampered with! I’m usually depressed this time of year and I have reason to be. But dammit the lights in the windows are pretty and sparkley!

Anyway I am also trying to devise a way to hang silver bead garland on this nifty mirror I have in the living room. So far it has just become a toy for the cats.

Anyway I am off actually to go wash bird crap off my car and start my manic night before thanksgiving cleaning and preparing…

well with my computer acting funny and needing to be fixed I managed to install a plug in that takes pictures from facebook and formats them into a photo album on my wordpress blog. I am so impressed. Not at myself for installing it, that was easy, I like the application. It is easy to install and it utilizes facebook to get pictures from which I thought was genius given the fact that you can have an unlimited amount of pictures on facebook. Flickr only allows 200 for the free account. Thats kinda bunk, so I just use Flickr to instantaneously send pictures from my camera phone.

So you can make unlimited albums in face book and each album can hold up to 60 pics. Plus Facebook has a good tool to upload and organize pictures. So if you have wordpress on you own domain and a facebook account check this plugin out here. It is called Fotobook by the way.

Also the plugin that I am using to add these pictures also takes from your facebook photos and enables you to pull them out for blog posts from your writing screen. That plugin is here.

So more about facebook. I really got into it and I love the applications. I think it is a better networking site than myspace. Myspace is so generic. I mean they are trying to improve the design and functionality, but its all in vain really. They should have started with a strong foundation. I mean they built the damn thing with tables. Wtf? Well who am I to talk. They are loaded and I have a 0 Google PageRank. So apparently theya re doing something right and I’m a loser.

Anyway I still like facebook more… x;) {–}

I’m sick. Well I haven’t exactly been feeling it lately. Now I am just sick. And there is some weird god damned mutated cold strain going around that has killed 10 people in the states already. This is not encouraging. I have had my anti oxidant tea, vitamin C, expectorant syrup, soup, fruit and water. ANYTHING to keep my immune system up. Dammit i’m not dying of no freak cold strain.

I am once again behind on work and homework and I have to cancel most of what I got going tomorrow due to being sick.

Well i’m going to try to get something done tonight before I pass out.
