A damned tiger
Wed 26 Dec 2007 - Filed under: WTF? — saintamyjane

Can you believe these zoo idiots? Why do they even have a tiger in the first place? Or any of those friggin’ animals… An unfortunate accident? Unfortunate yes… but it was probably negligence on behalf of some moron that the tiger even got out. So we got to read about this wild animal, practicing its animal instincts, kill this poor, now nationally televised, soul. I can’t believe that is even happening. We, as a society, get dumber everyday. x; |

The those wretched mortals that killed that family of 6. WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO FUCKING STUPID AS TO OFF A WHOLE FAMILY YOU FUCKING IMBECILES? It doesn’t matter you are done for. Some advice to the idiot and idiotette? Don’t pick up the soap in the shower and watch out for BROOM HANDLES respectively. I hope you both rot in your miserable hell.

Really, should we really be protesting abortion. Because from the looks of society some could have benefited. I’m sick and tired of reading about morons. Why is everyone so FUCKING nuts? Even our popstars are crazy and they have never been THAT crazy in any other point in history. Seriously, Madonna wasn’t that crazy… Anyway people need to just CALM THE FUCK DOWN. I probably do to, but I pay for this space so FUCK YOU.

Now that I have demonstrated  my use of the word Fuck and dislike of idiots, I am going to end my post now… Hope your holidays are better than mine…

Christmas sucks.

Yes I said it. But right now everything is crumbling down. My car, my marriage, my career.

My car has been acting up, we have spent almost $400 on it in the last 3 weeks and I had to borrow most of that money. My job isn’t bringing in the money I need and it isn’t going in the direction I wanted it to go. I am just trying to find something to balence it out or a whole new job… i dont know.

So I’m dealing with all of that, then I previously borrow money from my saint of a brother who not only told me dont rush paying him back, but loaned me the before mentioned $400. So I told him and my mother we weren’t taking any presents, only food, because my mom bakes good x;). And then I decided we should only exchange ornaments. But I couldn’t take presents. How could I when he loans me money and I’m so stressed we can’t pay him back right away. I just couldn’t tak the presents! there was no way!
They ended up giving up presents anyway. x;*/ I was MORTIFIED! i don’t want to look ungrateful, but surprise and anger and foolishness all welled up inside me and all I said was ” If you got me out here just to make me look like a fool” this was followed by the “no no amy” and I just wanted to die. I held back tears all night through Pirates of the Caribbean At World’s End and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

Then I got in to a spat with my husband when we went to the car to get our blankets… even though my marriage is bothering me.. its not something I’m probably goingto get in to… it… just is bothering me x;|

I am in a bad position at the moment and I don’t like it. I’m getting desperate. That usually ends up in something really really good, or a major self destructive episode…

On a more sane note… my daughter was overjoyed with the Vans we got her. I ordered a dress early enough and it didnt get here. We bought her two other gifts which she will get when she comes back this weekend.

Teen Pregnancy gone mainstream
Fri 21 Dec 2007 - Filed under: Life, WTF?, Women Issues — saintamyjane

So with Jaime-Lynn Spears’ revelation, comes weird backlash. Such as being disappointed in her, but commending her ability to be responsible now. So the only thing that I see here is something that happens all over the country everyday. I don’t care who it is, teenagers are having sex and becoming parents. It is now more acceptable to be young, pregnant and keeping the baby than it is to be young, pregnant and aborting.

If Jaime-Lynn Spears decided to abort, we would have never heard about it. Which I think is a shame. I believe all girls should be aware of ALL their choices. Anyway I am not about to go on a pro-choice rant.

So I believe that parents need to be parents at this time. My daughter is well aware who Miss Spears is, but never really got into her show on Nickelodeon. When I told her she rolled her eyes and walked away. We later talked about it and she knew that it was wrong for her to get pregnant. My daughter has already heard of teenage neighbor girls getting pregnant. She, as well as the rest of America, knows it happens.

Now that it has a Hollywood spotlight, perhaps teen pregnancy will be given more serious attention. Perhaps people will parent their daughters to become decent, honest women and to teach their sons the same. If anything should come from this it should be a rapport between pre-teens & teens and their parents.

4 years ago today
Sat 15 Dec 2007 - Filed under: Life — saintamyjane

It is a weird anniversary, but it was the first, and last, time I was arrested. I was arrested on 3 charges, none of which I am proud of. I was put on 4 years probation, which would be up today if I didn’t owe Revenue and Recovery. Anyway I wondered 4 years ago, after that unfortunate night happened, where I would be. Well here I am. I have been to the depths of hell and back since.

I finished 4 different programs pertaining to that arrest and the charges filed against me. I don’t want to talk about it anymore. Its all behind me now.

Say it ain’t so Barry… and uh Roger Clemens… and Lenny Dykstra too?
Thu 13 Dec 2007 - Filed under: Baseball, Sports, WTF? — saintamyjane

This baseball steroid thing is right up there with rising gas prices and my finances in causing bad stomach aches. All three make my stomach turn and I am hoping all three get better.

The names named in the Mitchell Report isn’t really the issue. Its the accomplishments those names have made that is in jeopardy. Baseball history could be altered and baseballs path is to be rewritten once again. This time with indictments, allegations, informants and outside drug testing agencies.

I wrote in this blog post that i really didn’t care what Barry did, I am still a fan. I still stand by that.

Was it right to do what these players have all been called on? Was it illegal? Did they know it was wrong?

Seems to me if you put a bunch of men together they really don’t know whats going on half the time and at that moment it probably felt totally acceptable to “juice” up the game. And that was probably just the owners.

They should have let them continue using cocaine; bloated gods or sucked up crackheads? seems baseball benefited for years with the former. Human growth hormone was unchartered territory no taboo associated with it as is with cocaine. So it went undetected that these big names were enhancing their performance, attendances rise, records break everyone is rich and fat (no pun intended) and happy.

Ok I’m rambling and talking shit. Oh an one more thing… I think it does have to do with owners… Pacbell/SBC/ATT park is the park that Barry built… perhaps on a shaky foundation? I mean the phone company can’t even settle with a damned name. (no offense AT&T… and i’ll pay my bill soon too…)

Perhaps the writing is on the wall about Barry. But he isn’t the only one to be held accountable. It looks like this WILL go right on up to the owners. These high profile players are temporary scape goats and ultimately the owners benefited.

Dirty Laundry
Thu 13 Dec 2007 - Filed under: Home & Garden, Life — saintamyjane

I am not used to living in an apartment. I did When I was a kid. Always going to the laundry mat with my mom. The past 10 years I have lived in places where I had a washer and dryer. So needless to say I had forgotten what it was like to drag laundry to the laundry mat.

We then spent close to $40 in quarters to wash. They make you load up the washers with quarters and the dryers are free. So at least we don’t have to pay for both. We had SO MUCH LAUNDRY. It was ridiculous really. We had been running low on money and we hadn’t done laundry in like 3 weeks. :/ Good thing we all have lots of clothes and towels. The bad thing about it though is that it eventually has to be washed.

I am always trying to contain dirty laundry around here, because I hate fucking stacks of clothes. So I stuff them in laundry baskets or garbage bags until laundry day.

Anyway I am so glad it is all done…. for this week.

bad damned luck
Tue 11 Dec 2007 - Filed under: Automotive, Life, WTF? — saintamyjane

Seems like bad luck has been running rampant in my life lately. No, it has nothing to do with wrong choices… just bad karma probably. Anyway I have had to repair my car and a couple of other things have gone wrong. I always worry and its hell on my stomach. I have constant stomach aches because of money and time or lack of both.

There is light at the end of the tunnel though. I think the bad crap is finally going to subside. We are embarking on new adventures around here. I will be writing about those soon
