I’m little miss doom and gloom right now so I am going to talk about something that makes me happy. And almost giddy really. Springtime. Yes. Something as simple as that makes me happy. No purchase required. Just  A LOT of friggin’ patients. I am running low on that.

Anyway there is so much to love about springtime. The warmth, flowers blooming, baseball players (hopefully whom aren’t juiced) and new beginnings. Springtime has always been the season when good things happen for me.

I can’t wait. ::sighs:: But I guess I  have to x;|.

I had to make myself get out of bed this morning. But I did get out of bed… I pryed myself out, threw coffee down my throat and proceeded to holler at animals, rattle on nervously about the day ahead of me and anxiously, shower. I had gotten a brief charge out of going out today. But thats the exhibitionist in me, which was quickly squashed by the nervous wreck in me. So, it made for an interesting day.

My daughter was along for the ride and she keeps me sane and occupied as if the work wasn’t enough. Oh yes… lets add that to my list of weird things… parenting at work. I know a lot of us women do it these days, but when I got to talk through my teeth at my kid because she is out towards the side walk when she should be closer to the  inside of the car lot. Or because she is in the way of a picture of a car i’m trying to take, or because shes just farting around. It keeps my mind off the crap that has me down. Seriously. x:|

We get to stay home tomorrow because its going to rain like the end times and I’m ready for it!

It is getting colder by the minute. I take my husband to his drop off point where he is picked up for work at 6 am. Last week it was ok. This week it is cold as hell in the morning. And because of the time change it is now day light at 6 am. So its cold and daylight and I don’t like light or coldness.

Thats why I had such a great day today. It was over cast and because it was cold,  I got a Venti Non fat vanilla latte at , yes you guessed it, Starbucks. I love Starbucks and I don’t care what anyone says. Its like christmas when I get to go there. Anyway it was an ok day. I’m glad the week is about to be over.

Actually its not. I got work all day tomorrow AND Saturday.

I had two… as you will probably read in that post.

If you are a chick around my age I guess around 28 to 34 you might have wanted one. Maybe 28 is to young.

Ye gods… anyway… there is a good chance you didn’t want it, couldn’t have it, or didn’t give a crap.

I wish I had the whole barbie and the rocker band… but there goes my weird toy issues with my parents again x:)

Happy Autumn… its raining! YAY!

It was hot here today in Tracy, and we have to take precaution in the heat. Genevieve gets nose bleeds. She gets them every summer. To eliminate the risk or try to anyway, I have her lay down and relax a couple times a day. She gets them at school and it upsets me that the teachers don’t take more precaution. I actually stopped writing this post to email her teacher. It bothers me too, because her cheeks get bright red.

So the solution is as I said before is, well when she is at home, is to rest a couple times a day if it is way to hot. I have her drink plenty of water and we keep the tissue near by in case of nose bleed surprises.

I hate some of the suits they have for little girls. I have my daughter wear a one piece with shorts if shes running around the neighborhood. They are at an age where they are WAY too young to be showing too much skin and they are starting to show some curves. So I don’ want her to be miserably covered up in the warm weather, but I don’t want her looking too old for her age. Her swim suit fits her and covers her, plus the shorts help cover her too.

Some of the clothes that are sold for little girls these days aare just as revealing as junior or misses clothing. I am happy to see they started making little girl jeans for little girls again. Low rise jeans for little girls was a bad idea whoever though of that. Now, not only do they look like kid pants, they even went as far as making them adjustable now so the kid can grow in to them. Now THATS a good idea. We need kid friendly clothes.
